Creator Program Terms

These Creator Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Pipo AI ("Company") and the individual participating in the Pipo AI Creator Program ("Creator"). By participating in the Creator Program, the Creator agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, in addition to the terms of service of Pipo AI, which the Creator also agrees to. The terms of service of Pipo AI are available here.

The Pipo AI Creator Program is provided by Digital Trend AS. These Terms therefore constitute an agreement between you and Digital Trend AS.

Creator Responsibilities

  The Creator agrees to produce and share short-form content related to the Pipo AI app, including but not limited to tips, use cases, tutorials, and reaction videos.

  The Creator agrees to engage with their audience and the broader Pipo AI creator community, including commenting, sharing insights, and contributing to discussions.

• •

  The Creator agrees to follow the program's flexible content guidelines, which may be updated from time to time and will be communicated via internal channels.

• •

  The Creator agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when creating and distributing content as part of the program.

Compensation

• •

  The Creator understands and agrees that eligibility for compensation is subject to specific requirements, which will be clearly communicated to all creators. These may include but are not limited to content quality, performance, consistency, and adherence to the program guidelines.

  Pipo AI reserves the right to update, adjust, or discontinue the compensation structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

  The Creator acknowledges that participation does not constitute an employment relationship and that the Creator acts as an independent contributor.

• •

  Only organic installs and conversions are eligible for compensation. Installs obtained through paid promotion, boosting, or any artificial means (including but not limited to bot traffic, click farms, or incentivized downloads) will not be counted toward compensation.

Intellectual Property

  All intellectual property rights associated with content or materials provided by Pipo AI remain the property of Pipo AI.

  Creators retain ownership of their own original content, but grant Pipo AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote such content for marketing purposes.

  Creators agree to use Pipo AI branding, logos, and related assets only as provided and solely for the purpose of promoting the app or participating in the program.

Termination

  Pipo AI may terminate this Agreement and remove a Creator from the Program at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.

  The Creator may leave the program at any time by notifying Pipo AI through the official communication channel.

Confidentiality

The Creator agrees to treat all non-public information related to the Creator Program as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent from Pipo AI.

Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify and hold Pipo AI harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their participation in the Creator Program or breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the Creator Program.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Pipo AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify creators of any material changes via email or through the creator dashboard. Continued participation in the Creator Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
